Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

However, in line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will not accept returns for items that have been used, tampered with, or are no longer in a resalable condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photographic evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
