Delivery Information
All orders from Parfique London are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.
Delivery Times & Lost Items
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 7 working days of the dispatch date.
Under Royal Mail guidelines, items are not considered lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date (or up to 21 working days depending on the service). Once this timeframe has passed, we will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Customers must cooperate with any investigation carried out by Parfique London or Royal Mail. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the claim.
Incorrect Delivery Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.
Parfique London cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
However, in line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We will not accept returns for items that have been used, tampered with, or are no longer in a resalable condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
